what's the max TGP of this laptop ?

The temperature drops by roughly 10° on both CPU and GPU if you place it on a cooling pad. I tested it with hogwarts legacy on high settings, GPU ran at 68° without a cooling pad. With a cooling pad, my average temperature is 56° on high settings. Other games gave me roughly the same temperature drop with a cooling pad. It also depends on the settings in MSI center as the fans do run high if not set right. The MSI AI Engine learns quite fast and regulates fan speeds after playing a few games, so that it does not have to run at high speeds all the time while gaming. It may be a cheaper laptop, but it's not a bad investment. All and all I personally find it a great laptop for both gaming and work.

Same functionality and button feel as original PS4 controller. Better feel and grip. Game me a good 600+ Hours before trigger springs gave in, a sad day indeed. It uses tiny fragile springs for the triggers but should last you 500+ Hours of gameplay. I am going to buy the GT-90 just to see if there are better springs.

How do you adjust the RGB on the back

I just got this monitor. My previous screen was LG 32uk550-b (2019 model) (4K, 60 Hz), both 32'". My overall issue is that the overall monitor experience is kinda blurry. I tried some of the MSI settings (turning Adaptive Sync on/off, change the Game Modes pre-sets (FPS, User, RPG, etc), Toggling Img Enhancement Off, but still, I am not getting a not-blurry view of things. Things get worse with smaller objects (such as browser tab tittles, urls, windows main bar, windows shortcuts etc, files icons and file names). My GPU is PNY VGA P2200 5GB Quadro 5GB GDDR5X and everything was so smooth for my eyes with the 4k 60 HZ LG. I was thinking if all this is due to the fact of resolution change, meaning that for the past 4 years I was using a 4k resolution monitor. Would love to hear your thoughts if things can get better even for simple stuff such as desktop experience through settings, or its a 2K vs 4K thing.

Can acceptable customer service be expected? Specifically, after sales.
